Warrant issued for arrest (maybe)? Please help!?

okay here's the situation. I received a disorderly conduct ticket via mail and went to court to fight it well the judge rescheduled the the court date due to lack of evidence. I had moved and changed my address during the meantime. When i received the new court date it was already past the scheduled date due to my change of address. Well then i received another ticket via mail for theft/move-able property. The police have been lurking around my place of residents and even came knocking on the door (I didn't answer of course) but they came in a paddy wagon van.

Here's my thing. Do I now have a warrant issued for my arrest for missing the court dates and for the second ticket i received? and why would the pigs come in a paddy wagon van if they weren't expecting to take me to jail?

secondly i received these tickets via mail and not in person so if i was being so disorderly why not intervene right then and there? can i just pay these things off and be done with it or will i still have to go to jail? (I'm 20 years old & I have never been arrested before)

I will be the first to admit that i have made some mistakes but i just want to know without finding out the hard way these pigs got me spooked to even leave my house and another question if i moved out of the town that the tickets were issued can they expedited me if i do have a warrant?

Is there a website where i can find out if a warrant has been issued (it happened in the State of Wisconsin)
