warning about cricket on ebay

DO NOT BUY CRICKET FROM wirelessfulfillment he sells used phone and claims in his post on ebay that they are new so just a warning do not buy off him because i did and called cricket and gave them the ESN DEC: nuraber and cricket said the nuraber was used and i almost paid $200 for it so just don't buy off that dude

If you paid with Paypal, you should file a caim and get a refund. "The item is not as described." - Described as being new when it is obviously not. "The item is unusable." - Cricket will not activate it for you.

Even Ebay it'self has a claims department if you didn't use paypal.
