Coming from a former Tech Support trainer: if you B***H enough and follow the advice above, they will give you anything to keep you happy...

Threaten to disconnect ALL accounts: that always catches attention too...

And never let them tell you someone is "unavailable"... someone is ALWAYS available until you hit the director level....

And always keep track of who you talked to (op-id's/names), what date and time, what they told you, etc... detailed records are essential and you can't always trust what they notate in your account...

Don't settle!!! Good luck!!
