I have the new $40 unlimited plan that includes WAP, but whenever I access the internet, it asks if I want to pay for the $5 subscription..

u need to have the wap code added to the account, happens on almost every new account that is started on a "flashed" phone. and if they say they are "refreshing it" , make sure they are adding the wap code (wp0) and not just clicking refresh... lol.
i always get this on my phone as well, i either close browser and try again a few minutes later or i take battery out and try again always seems to fix problem
Great advice by insanecain...when customers have setup or added flashed phones, Cricket simply HAS NOT added the wap provisioning even though the plan includes it. The fix is to have the wap code added as explained above.
