WAP downloaded applications - How to save the installer?

My carrier has a bunch of apps for certain services which can be download via their WAP website.

However, when downloading, it goes automatically to installing the software. After the installation, I can't find the original installer. I'd like to backup the original installer to not have to pay for the data fee every time I reset the phone, and also to pass it on to some friends.

Anyone knows if there's a trick around that? I can only access the WAP site through the built-in browser, Opera is not accepted on the wap site.

some browsers let you change the agent string to show as a wap device. I think Opera lets you do that.

Also, you may find the installers saved one of the subfolders within c:\system\dmgr if you look before you clear your cache. Then you can just copy it to another folder.
