Ok, I am a 16 year old Female that weighs around 230 pounds... I know that that is a LOT. I really want to go into the military.. I know that if i want to meat the requirements for any branch I have to be at least around 150 pounds. So i have a couple of questions...
1. are there any web sites that would help someone like me lose that much weight in so little time? (im going into 11th grade and i want to enter right after high school)
2. do you know which branch i would be most likely to succeed in? I get mostly A's and B's in school and the occasional C.
Right now since im trying to lose weight i have been biking 3-5 miles a day and walking 2-3 miles. Except for sunday. But school starts this tuesday and i will only have time to do so much. Since I am taking an AP bio class and I do bible quizzing and have marching band. I have no idea what to do about losing this weight. so if any one could help that would be great!
P.S. don't just say eat right and exercise that's a given. Or puking because that's just disgusting and stupid.
