want to write value in textbox using html/javascript etc?

hello ..

i want to write something on a load time in my textbox using either html or javascript etc ..

here is the result what i want to do ..

after seeing the website .. see at the quick search .. you can see the Textbox below there .. where there is already a text inputed when the page runs ..

but when u put your mouse cursor into it .. it went ..

can anybody tell me .. how to do this ..
