Want to work as an at home assistant of some type...Ideas?

I have 2 young kids and a home office..I want to spend time with both of them. I want to find a job working for a small business or individual that need an assistant to read emails, make appointments, etc. I had had first tried to find a at home customer service job but I can find one that hiring. I need to make money!!! Anyone have any ideas??
