If you're running Windows in Boot Camp, you only have to worry about viruses, just as you would normally, as if you were running Windows on any other hardware. However, you don't have to worry about the viruses crossing back over to the Mac side, when you boot up in Mac OS.
Microsoft Security Essentials is a great, free way to protect Windows, especially in Boot Camp.
