I would love to take up pole dancing but I don't have the money to buy an expensive pole. And there aren't any classes near me..I live in the middle of nowhere lol. Is there a way I can still learn to pole dance without buying a really expensive pole? Also do I need any special type of shoes, like I know I need some with ankle support but is there a certain type of height I need?
