Want to switch mazda rx8 automatic trans for manual?

I want to switch my automatic transmission in my mazda rx8 to a manual. I was wondering about how much this would cost, what parts I would need to buy, and how difficult of a job this is.
already heavily modified (greddy turbo kit, SR wide belt pulleys, ICR pro intake, SR suspension, greddy catback exhaust & cat converter midpipe)
 
It would be cheaper to sell your car and buy one with a manual trans. To make this change yourself you would need the trans, new trans mounts, clutch assembly, and different electronics. When you get done the car would be worth nothing because its so heavily modified.
