Want to put lift kit on a 2000 dodge ram 1500. I found 2" leveling kits,are they

the same as suspension kits? I'm a bit confused.I want a 2 to 3 inch lift on my truck and see that there is a significant price difference between leveling kits and above 3 inch suspension lift kits. I'd like to put 32 to 35 inch tires and need to know what is the most cost efficient kit to get that is not a body lift. Thanks!
