Want to open tracker

TBDEV is a PHP-based torrent tracking system.

Making changes to the source code is pretty easy, however, most coders and designers will only work for money. ;)

What kind of tracker will it be?
 
not really sure what you are asking, and i have not installed tbdev for years, but there should be a install.txt/howto.txt in the files which will explain everything.

but in laymans terms,

have mysql on the server, upload your files to the html directory/import the sql files into the database, go to your domain/ip then the install.php (or whatever file it is) then it will ask you questions like DB name, pass etc, fill all those in and it will install, then just go to your domain/ip and it should come up with the site if you done everything correct

I'm sorry dude, but if you don't have someone who knows how to at least set up the basics like passkeys, ratio requirements, invites, etc, this tracker is going to fail hard. Good trackers need coders that know what they're doing.

Actually, I agree with it, too. I've only talked to Cirno in passing and he was always reasonable. I guess when he deals with enough idiots he starts to get bored of it, but in all honesty, people make him out to be way worse than he actually is.
 
well for a start you are asking on the wrong forum, go onto TBdev, look in the mods complete and working, see what you want, do the modifications that are there, if you have any questions, ask in those threads, and someone will help you.
