Want to join a bicycle team...... (MA area)?

So I'm 15 right now gonna be 16 soon, and I want to join a cycling team. I want to be competitive and do alot of racing and training but I just can't find a cycling team around the Worcester County area in MA, that is more directed toward the youth area, someone plz help me find a cycling team.. thank you
