Hyeee,, I am 31 -and have been taking different anti anxiety drugs for more than 8 years. I had a Panic attack first at the age of 23 , i was given various medicines including lexotinal (benzodiazepine ) i had to take alot many medicines in the start but i reduced them to just lexotinal i took it for 6, 7 years with just half a tablet at night , although i was diagnosed with endometrosis which made me more scared of everything.I had to take denazole and other hormone therapies for 2 times. i was hospitalized for nuraber of times.. rushed to the emergency, but of no use,
These days I am trying to get rid of these medicines altogether, although i have failed trying so before.. I want some suggestions so it wont backfire this time.
I have started taking Natra sleep by GNC,, I am not sure how i can switch from on thing to another, and how i can get something that won't harm even in my pregnancy( although it is another issue since i have got cysts in my ovaries. because of endometrosis)

i have the same problem i took ativan for a year and i got addicted i also had the cysts but had a hysty over a year ago which i belived triggered more axiety and deppresion. getting of the ativan is a great idea but can also be dangerous as well seziures and withdrawel symptoms can happen if you do not ween yourself off so please be careful and let me know if you find something that works for you

oh I see, the surgery must have triggered it , i know it for a fact because when i was given hormone therapy , anxiety got worse than ever.
thank you for pointing out the dangers, I am meeting a therapist who is a reiki master . I do not know the outcome but i am trying it,, it has improved my endo situation, that i can feel. but the anxiety still remains an issue . I ll surely let you know if i find a solution. thank you for replying dear:)

ya im trying to go as natrual as possable so anything you come across let me know and you're welcome
