Want to find a book I read years ago but don't know the author or title of?

It was a fiction romance (I think) about girl who is artist and guy who is her boyfriend...they get into car accident, and guy's mother pays for the girls reconstructive surgery if she will stay out of guy's life and mom tells guy she is dead. Years later girl is photographer and ends up taking pictures for guy's company though he doesn't know who she is. Later figures it out, and happy ending ensues. I would REALLY appreciate anyone that could tell me the name or author of this book! Thanks so much for your help!
 
Wow, that sounds like a really good book!

Sorry, I don't know the title sadly.....

But the description makes me really, really want to read that book. :D
It could be make into a movie, in my opinion. lol
