So at the moment I have a normal phone (Not touchscreen/smartphone) and I wanted to upgrade. My contract is not up until next year, and I don't want to wait that long.
I know that if your still under contract the phones skyrocket under verizon price. So I decided to look to Ebay for a new phone.
Now if I purchase a "LG Dare VX9700" new from ebay, do I need a Data Plan? And will they activate it for me for free with no charge?
