Want to buy 2009 Toyota RAV4 Limited, 4x2, how much should I negotiate?

I've been searching for the LIMITED 2009 toyota RAV4, 4 cylinder, FWD (4x2) with leather seats. The MSRP on most of these I looked into are priced at $27,800 to $28,500. I want to negotiate $26,500 drive out price (this will include the tax title license). Am I asking too less?
 
Not at all. Go to edmunds.com and find out the dealer invoice on the exact model you want with the exact options. Try and negotiate that as a starting point.
