Want Mickey Thompson wheels and rims but not sure if they will fit?

On a '98 pickup, the stock wheels shouldn't be 13". I would guess they are 15" or 16". You should have no problem fitting big wheels/tires under your truck. Either do some research online or shoot the people at M/T an email to find out what offset and such you need.
 
I have a 98 ford ranger regular cab, step side, 2wd, standard and the stock wheels are shot and i want to make truck look nicer so cousin suggested mickey thompson rims and tires so i looked them up and really liked them but just not to sure if they will fit with stock suspension. Stock rims are about 13" and there seems to be a lot of room in wheel wells.
