I wanna buy the motorola devour from verizon, the online price with a new 2 year contract is 249.99$ with 100$ instant rebate online. But the full retail price is 479.99$ My 1 year contract just ended on April 13th but my upgrade date isn't until December 13th can I still buy the phone for the price of 249.99$ ?
