I've been researching like crazy and can't find many answers. I have at&t but my contract ended, so I'm trying to find a provider that will let me have unlocked smartphone without getting data plan.
Will Tmobile require data plan too? for a phone that they don't provide?
I don't understand why it is sooo hard here in the USA to get a phone, Europe gives you phones for free and no questions asked..you want it, here have it..data plan or not.
