Wall-E in CARS, Toy Story 1, and the Incredibles?

The only one of those that seemed to actually look like Wall-E is the one in Cars. Otherwise, I don't see it with the others. (Though the wind-up binoculars in Toy Story resemble Wall-E's head. :) )

I think the one in Cars is the only one that was real. I doubt Toy Story, even if they did work on WALL-E at the time of it, would have a WALL-E cameo in it because his design would probably still be in production and not look like the current one he has now.

Moving this over to the Disney/Pixar forum, since that's really where it belongs.

Haven't seen the video (no Flash on the browser during the day), but I think the cameo in Cars is real. I remember someone somewhere pointing out that WALL-E was in the movie. The Incredibles cameo is possible, but not very likely, since I don't think they had started on WALL-E that early. The cameo in the first Toy Story is highly implausible, since the first trailer mentions that they didn't even come up with the idea for WALL-E until after Toy Story was wrapping up.

It's not the first time they've looked ahead. Nemo shows up quickly as a stuffed toy in Monsters Inc, which came out 2 years earlier.

Several Youtube commenters already said it was fake. They whipped out their DVD collection and proved that it was fake in a matter of minutes.

You are correct sir!

Heh, I just read the first post on here and watched the vid, then checked on my DVDs to see if it was real.

Yep, totally fake.

Good job to the guys that made it, though. Very believable.

It's obviously fake (the picture quality differs), but it still has a good 80% of too-lazy-to-check YouTube commenters who think --no; KNOW-- it's completely real.

The people who made it did a good job, though.
