I am trying to lose at least 80 pounds by my birthday which is in August. I am hearing mixed opinions about whether I should walk on a treadmill or outside. I am trying to look for an effective exercise to lose weight quickly and I know walking helps a lot. But I don't like treadmills, but if I had to do it to see results quickly I will but if I can lose weight walking outside at a pace that feels comfortable to me, just a quick as I could on a treadmill, then I rather walk outside which I like to do more than walking on a treadmill anyway? Should I walk on a treadmill or walk outside at a regular pace to lose weight. How many days per week and how many hours per day?
