waking up with a burning sensation of indigestion between breasts and above

Every other night or so I wake up with pain between my breasts and above, all in this area.
Something like an indigestion which I have never had before. Sometimes in the day it feels likes a lump in my throat and I have to keep swallowing but it doesn't help. Is this acid reflux?
 
Yes, do you also have the burning in the throat? This is all connected to reflux.
