I work at a good paying job but its not a good situation. My desk is in my bosses office so he is breathing down my neck and I have no privacy. Everyone here is sketchy. They will blame someone else just so they don't look bad when its clealry there fault. I've had a couple of jobs and never have I been subjected to things that go on here. My boss is not professional and I've been chewed up by him and another manager for something that wasn't even my fault. Everyone fears my bvoss and sucks his dxxk so hard. Im not like that. I don't respond well to authority and structure. I got enough money in the bank to live for 6 months. I also have a masters degree which got me a lot of opportunities before I took this job. I am an entruepenuer at heart and always have been. I have a couple projects that were started up a bit ago but work leaves no time. My plan is to get things rolling with my ventures even further and start looking for a 9 to 5 in 5 months if things aren't going good. I feel atleast a layoff coming possibly being fired. My boss makes up things to cover his own azz its ridiculous. Should I just quit? If things don't work out I always got a masters to fall back on.
