want to raise funds for good cause, ahve good place for buffet/dinner, great food, is issue as to what to charge, places add on gratuity, plus want to make money as well. Normal seems to be 5o, other say lowert o 25-30 which seesm bad idea as we will not make much mkoney.. any idea on this please, also he wants 12 days notice as to number coming which we fell is bad as will ahve to trun away late rsvp ones, last time was only 4-5 days notice to other place???
