...money without my consent? It's in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This was 2 and half years ago since I've lived in this apartment complex. Now out of the blue they are sending mail sayin they have a warrant for my arrest and my cash bond is set at the total amount owed.

Now a couple weeks later they send another notice of wage garnishment, but there was no set amount on the paper. Does that mean they have a warrant still attached?

I've been living really well since those apartments. I have my own house and pay every month on time everytime. I was in a sticky situation and got out of it....now this....

If they are legally allowed to take my money without me knowing, how can I control how much they take? Are they allowed to leave the warrant, attached...if there is one... and garnish my wages?
