Wade Barrett GM Of Raw?

Now if WWE was smart seeing how CM Punk I guess is now the leader of the Nexus they could do a setup and Wade really still being the leader of Nexus and being Raw GM. like the Raw GM (Wade Barrett) would send strange emails putting John Cena In a lot of unfair matches then eventually Wade Barrett shows up at Raw and says hes the GM Could this work?
