W900c Vs W810

Hi,

I'm just wondering what you guys would suggest for me. Currently having a S710a, and wanting something like it with better media player functions.

I'm narrowed my search down to two last phones, either the W810 or the W900c. Both have 2 mp camera's and up to 2 gig of memory, with the 900 having an extra 470 built in. What do you guys suggest?

Yes the w900 is bigger but it is almost the exact size of my s710, and its size doesn't really bother me, though I wouldn't mind a small model. I'm also in the US, so some things I can't even from the phones. Also, I just want to know what phone you guys would suggest for a casual user, that wants a good media functions, and camera, with everything else working good.

-Edit- Also, if you guys think a different phone would be better for me, feel free to suggest it. I just want atleast 2 mp camera, and atleast 2 gig of storage for music.
 
Well, it depends on whether the use of 850Mhz is important to you. If you're w/ Cingular, 850 is very important in most places. To get the clearest reception you need 850/1900. The W900 runs on 900/1800/1900, while the W810i is quadband.

I was in the same situation. I also wanted to get the W900 after having the S710a & the W600i (you kinda notice that I like these form factors). Before I was going to buy one, I got a K750i...loved that phone at 1st but then found out people were complaining that my signal kept breaking. I'm with Cingular, so yeah, I needed 850.

You might want to see what is the coverage in your area. But if you can just go with 1900, I'd get the W900. Hope that helps you.
