Hello
I was thinking about buying a Sony Ericsson W610i and was wondering if the phone is compatibel with the 4gb version of the memory stick m2 micro series? or does the phone only support up to 2gb of memory?
thanks for your answers and if theres any questions then just ask

yes what? yes it supports 4gb of memory or yes it only supports up to 2gb of memory?

If you're going to want to use a 4GB, it would be recommended that you stick with either the SONY or MagicGate brand. There have been some instances with consumers saying that other brands like Lexar are not currently compatible with SE phones that support Memory Stick Micro M2. So, it's more than likely hit or miss...just a risk you're going to have to take if you wish to go with a cheaper brand.

Some people got their 4GB cards from Ebay, and some say they work and some say they don't. Like said above, stick with Sony, and Sandisk and you'll be fine. However, sometimes it takes the phone some time to read the card because of the large amount of stuff you have in it. But the W610 is known for being fast and it should be fine.
