W580i Bluetooth help

Today I tried to get files from a Samsung A727 phone and it would not let me. I can see my phone on the other one but I could not access any of the files. Now the Samsung could get my files, but I cannot get his.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Did you try turning on your bluetooth on your phone? If you did that, did you make your phones bluetooth visible? Also make sure you have paired the two devices and allowed each device to communicate.
