is there a red light showing? the same thing happened to me..

unfortunately it took me 2 sony ericssons failing to prove they are junk

you have to go to your service provider and get it fixed or buy a new phone

load the sony ericsson updater software.. your phone software is corrupt.. it happens all the time.
