VZW 8830 vs 8100c Pearl

Hi folks,

I'm currently in the market for a couple of new handsets for my employees. From what I've gathered, the 8830 and 8100c look very similar. Is there anything you folks can point out that would be a break or make deal for picking one over the other besides the obvious network which you're calling from?

Thanks for any valuable insight anyone can provide.
 
8830 has a QWERTY keypad. Pearl uses SureType, people either love it or hate it, no in between.

If I were you, I'd ask the employees who will be the benefactors of your purchase. My personal preference would be the QWERTY keypad/8830.

Since you are on T-Mobile, look at the 8700 also.
