When I try to use my USB cord to connect my VX 9900 to my computer ths error pops up: "USB DEVICE NOT RECONIZED
One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfuntioned , and windows does not reconize it. For assistance in solving this problem click this message." Whats wrong?

Bad usb cable. Usually thats what that means, because the computer cannot connect to the phone.
