I have gone over and over the settings and everything appears to be correct according to the vx9900 writeup. The only thing i noticed was after overwriting parameter1 file the third bit automatically reverts back to 00. I think this is were my problem starts. I have done many vx8500 and vx9900 vx8600 no problem....I have searched but the only thing i come up with is to follow the vx9900 flash procedure but i have done this and it is not working i'm getting frustrated please help me out. within 5 seconRAB i get Network unavailable, retry later. :doh:
