Voter fraud and denial to vote--I thought the U.S. Constitution guarded

against this under the 15th Amendment? Please watch this video as it is a main piece of evidence in a potential civil or federal suit which can be filed for denial of access to vote for each of these Ron Paul delegates in Texas, who paid the necessary fee ($75) in order to participate in the local voting poll.

Fifteenth Amendment, U.S. Constitution
"Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
Section 2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."

(But I suppose, the government can still deny the right to vote based on WHO you're registered or determined to vote for? I see.)
 
Quite apart from this issue, do you really believe that the results of any voting in the US is tamper proof?
Or that there hasn't been significant and widespread vote
rigging in most recent elections?
Do you honestly expect non-Americans to believe this?
Because most of us don't.
 
Not a "local" or National" election.

Straw Polls are Polls (surprise!) and not protected by federal law.

An Honest man would know that. Wonder why Ron doesn't?
 
A straw poll has nothing to do with the 15th Amendment. It is not a vote for office, it's more of a get an idea of what people are thinking. It is wrong that these people paid money for something and got nothing though. I didn't watch the whole video as I'm somewhat familar with it, but I am curious as to why they were turned away, which may have been answered in it.
