Volume: SE k810 vs Moto SLVR or RAZR

ive been using a motorola slvr l7 and i can almost NEVER hear the other side and the speakerphone is crap too(playing music for some reason is way louder)

i am pretty much set on getting the k810...just waiting for prices to drop a little further before i buy but anyway i was wondering if anyone knew how it compares to the SLVR the rest of my family uses RAZR V3s and their's are much louder than mine too. i have read about some people complaining about the volume of the k810 and was just wondering how it compares to moto's slim phones...

also how is the vibrate? is it stronger than the motos?(they suck cause the case is so small...im hoping since the k810 is bigger there's more room for a bigger vibrator...)
 
hack it to give it a louder sound than phones by any other brand. you can change the ringtone volume earpiece volume, mouthpiece volume(ie the volume that the person on the other end of the line hears), etc.
 
i dont want to deal with the hassel of hacking it(incase i screw up) and i dont care about the other end so much as my end...even with the volume maxed out the SLVR is still horribly quiet
