Volume on Samsung Link not working?

The volume on my Samsung Link is not working as of today. I don't know what's going on..it just won't ring or vibrate, and it's not in silent mode. I've got the ringer turned up to full, and it's still not working when people call or text me, so I've missed MANY important calls and texts. What's going on?!
