Ok, I'm starting college this fall and I need a car PRONTO. I will be commuting about 20 miles every day. I am looking at a 2007 Beetle Convertible. I've heard they have reasonable MPG and it only has 14,000 miles on it. It's 21,000 dollars. So my question is: Is this a reliable car? Also, what do you suppose the cost of insurance would be considering that I'm 18 and that it's a 2 year old convertible? Thanks
