I want to be able to add an option to my O2 voicemail, however O2 cant do it and i have not found any 3rd party provider that can do it either. I want to be able to the following:
When someone rings my phone and get my voicemail they hear the following:
"Hi, I am unable to get to the phone right now, however if you require assistance please press 1, alternatively leave a message and i will repsond asap". If the caller chooses to press 1 i want it to be diverted to a landline number.
Can anyone help me? Have you ever heard of this before?
