voice inbox ( answering machine software ) beeping problem

Hello,

I just bought voice inbox from Handango and I thought the beeping problem was from the trial version, but when I activated it, I still got the beeping every 5 seconds during the recording of my message.

I have a nokia e70, someone else has this problem ?
 
I believe its something to do with privacy / laws allowing you to record conversations. If you notice all companies announce that the conversations may be recorded for traing purposes etc... Or they do in the UK.
