Voice cast question (The Brothers Flub)

I've been trying to figure out who voiced which character on The Brothers Flub but I'm mostly coming up blank. According to the credits, the following people were in the voice cast: Scott Menville, Jerry Sroka, Charlotte Rae, Ron Hale, Christine Cavanaugh, Joe Lala, John Kassil, Tom Kenny, Candi Milo, Jeff Bennett, Richard Greene. The credits don't specify who did what, however, and I'm mostly coming up empty in searching. I know Menville did Fraz' voice, and Rae did Tarara Boomdeyay's. Also, Guapo sounds a lot like Tom Kenny's other characters, so I'm 99% sure that he did Guapo's voice. Any ideas? I can't be the only person who even remembers this series.
 
Cavanaugh was Valerina (I'm pretty sure that's close to her "normal" voice; it's also "Oblina (from AAHHH!!! Real Monsters) without the accent").
 
Thanks. What was the older looking male alien's name? He's in two of the four eps I have but they don't say his name.

I'll also try to get a recording of Guapo speaking so anyone can tell me if it's Tom Kenny or not. Unfortunately, the only method I have is holding the mic up to the TV, so it'll sound crappy.
