Vodafone Ultimate package vs Telecom total home. Which is better?

I'm apparently outside the "Red Zone" for vodafone.

I just wanted to ask, which is faster, Telecom or Vodafone? Because I'm currently with Telstraclear and internet is really really slow for me. Vodafone seems better price-wise, but I'm afraid that because I'm outside the "Red Zone" (whatever that is) internet will be excruciating slow.

So, should i go for Vodafone or Telecom for broadband/landline package?
