Vodafone to Vodafone calls...?

okay i wanted to know if you can talk and txt to other vodafone customers for free with Pre-Paid (and in the same state).... PLEASE LET MEH know, and pease give me A LOT of information on what u get when u recharge with a pre-paid vodafone card ($15/$30) because i got a prepaid sim. and i registered it on the phone, But i dont know what stuff i get with it...PLEASE HELP IM A FIRST TIME VODAFONE USER!!! HELPPPP!!!!!!
