So yesterday I placed an order for contract blackberry curve. Today i recieve an email saying to ring them and confirm my D.O.B however the person told me to use a my birth certificate or provisonal...however, isn't there any easier way to do this?
Can I not prove it with my bank details? I don't have a fax machine!
