Yes , even if the trial period had expired, the level of service is not as expected so you are within your rights to take it back.

Orange recently Lost ! a similar case and had to pay out £500 compensation .

But your still inside the return date anyway if you brought it last Wednesday

I bought a mobile broadband last wednesday but the connection keeps dropping and i'm not satisfied with the product. Could i get a refund???
