I bought this phone approximately 12 months ago, and until today was in nearly perfect working condition. It has been dropped some times, and briefly its on/off/sleep button was tempermental, but I had that fixed some months ago. Today, after I switched the phone on again, its screen was completely unresponsive, and I was unable to unlock the phone. I have tried switching it on and off, have taken out the battery, and basically tried anything I could think of. The buttons are still working perfectly, and it is only the screen that appears to be broken. Can anyone help? My brother says that he thinks the touch screen itself could be broken, but he's not sure.
