Yes there is an answer.
The circuit board is the same, but it is not unlockable by QUALCOMM IMEIwriter or UST PRO II (supposed to be able to unlock z540).

So we are very eager to have someone proffesional on the matter to look into it.

If anybody has an Idea, PLEASE write!
