Cellserv are a chinese company who are subscribing to your phone without your permission. They have been charging me for £3 a week for the last 2 months! Vodafone won't help me with it as it is a third party BUT they said its a massive issue for them. Has anyone else had the same issue? How did you solve it? I am getting in touch with ofcom.
