Vodafone haven't taken money from my account?

I cancelled my contract with vodafone last month and had to pay them a cancellation fee of ?300 because I had about 10 months left on my contract. Anyway, long story short they still haven't taken the money from my account and I thought that they would've done it by now... Has anyone else experienced this? Obviously I'm no going to contact vodafone but I am curious as to where they're gonna take it at all.
